New Brass and Black Finishes Debut on Two Bath Classics, plus New Ways to Save

Is it too soon to be thinking about summertime? The Grace outdoor shower from Purificare was designed by celebrated Belgian architect Hans Verstuyft, below, and is now available in distressed brass. The glimmering golden silhouette will mellow over time and develop a beautiful warm brown patina. The simple lines of the design put it at home in any setting—modern or traditional, poolside or beachfront, and if definitely has us daydreaming about the warm days ahead.

In other new-finish news, matte black is now available for some of the most popular "Creations" by Alno, Inc. collections. Black has been trending in kitchen and bath design (we especially love KitchenAid’s black stainless steel appliances), and the Sylmar, California-based company will begin offering the finish for cabinet hardware and bath accessories this year.

And to begin the New Year on an extra-happy note, we’ve got terrific promotions going with Miele and Sub-Zero Wolf and ASKO, as well as additional offers from Thermador, Samsung, Viking and Jenn-Air. It’s a new year, so treat yourself to something special—and save a little while you do it. And if you’re not already following these incredible brands on Instagram, you’ll want to—they’re a terrific source of design inspiration. We’re loving this Thermador kitchen by Atlanta-based firm @terracottadesignbuild, the National Winner of Thermador's recent kitchen design challenge. It's brightness and subtle hues perfectly suit our January mood.
