Whether you’re a homeowner, architect, interior designer, builder, or plumber, appointments are not required to visit our showrooms and we always welcome walk-ins. We do encourage appointments during the initial phases of large and complex projects so that we can allocate enough time to work with you in a meaningful way.

Snyder Diamond has three showrooms in the L.A. area—our flagship location in Santa Monica, our Pasadena showroom in historic old Pasadena, and our newest showroom in Van Nuys, in the heart of The Valley.

The more ideas and examples you’re able to bring with you, the better our sales associates can determine what products will suit your needs. Here are a few examples of what might be useful to bring with you when visiting a Snyder Diamond showroom:

  • Sketches
  • Inspirational product, design, or decor photos
  • Architectural specifications
  • Contextual design elements like samples or swatches (e.g. flooring, tile, paint, wallpaper, etc.).

If you’re working with a designer, architect, builder, general contractor, or plumbing contractor, you’ll want to share their names and contact information. Lastly, whether you’re working on a small or large project, make sure to arrive with a budget in mind.

Snyder Diamond carries more than 300 brands that span price points, styles, and categories including kitchen, bath, hardware, plumbing, and outdoor. This includes both popular global and U.S.-based appliance brands like  Miele,  Thermador,  Sub-Zero,  Wolf,  Gaggenau,  Bosch,  Monogram,  Viking,  JennAir,  Fisher & Paykel,  Dacor,  Kalamazoo,  TOTO, and  many others. We also offer many premium kitchen & bath fixture and accessory brands like  Vola,  Dornbracht,  Kallista,  Gessi,  Claybrook,  Fantini,  Newport Brass, and  more.

Snyder Diamond showrooms sell a wide variety of kitchen, bath, hardware, and outdoor appliances and accessories which includes toilets, door and cabinet hardware, refrigerators, ranges and stoves, dishwashers, washing machines, faucets, sinks, basins, bathtubs, and much more.

Products & Orders

Many of the products displayed on our showroom floors are in stock at one of our warehouses and ready for immediate delivery. We also have thousands of products in stock that are not displayed on our showroom floors.

If a product is not currently stocked in one of our warehouses, it usually can be special ordered. Products that are special ordered have various availability times that can range from days to months, depending on manufacturer lead times.

At this time, Snyderdiamond.com doesn’t offer an e-commerce component. The brand site was developed to help site visitors explore and learn about brands and products during the information-gathering phase of their projects. Additionally, many of our luxury and high-end brands preclude us, and all retailers, from displaying price information on our website, or in our showrooms.

There are several easy ways to get a price quote on a product or list of products:

  • If you’re in one of our showrooms, simply ask a sales associate—they will be able to assist you.
  • If you’re visiting snyderdiamond.com, you can submit a ‘price quote’ request directly from any product page.

Most orders may be canceled and returned, although depending on the product, restocking charges may apply. Certain custom product orders may neither be canceled nor returned. Please note that product returns are often the result of Snyder Diamond receiving incorrect measurement information—so note that it is very important that measurements are confirmed and accurate before your order is placed with us.

Appliances that Snyder Diamond sell come complete with a manufacturer's warranty. Depending on the manufacturer, extended warranties may also be available—we recommend speaking with your sales associate if this is of interest to you. Manufacturers may also have parts warranties on non-appliance products.

Customers can return products up to 90 days after receipt of the product, only if the item is still in the manufacturer’s current catalog, and in its original packaging. All returns and cancellations are subject to inspection and acceptance of the product by the supplier. The customer is responsible for all costs related to the return, including but not limited to freight and pickup, repackaging and/or crating costs, and supplier restock/handling fees. Returns requested after 90 days of initial receipt will not be accepted, as well as merchandise installed, used, modified or damaged. To learn more, visit our T&Cs.

Delivery & Installation

We will gladly arrange appliance installation with one of our independent appliance installers depending on the product you are purchasing. We recommend that you contact your plumbing contractor or your project manager to arrange installation of plumbing and bathroom fixtures.

Yes, our fleet of trucks will deliver your order anywhere in the greater Los Angeles area. Appliance orders may be delivered and installed to your job site by our preferred independent appliance installers. Your sales associate will be able to assist you in determining the best delivery method for your order. Delivery charges may apply.

Professional delivery is available for every product we sell. Depending on the product and project, either our in-house installation team will deliver and install your product, or we will be happy to coordinate this process with a reputable third-party installation provider.
