Dear Valued Client, Partners and Friends,
As we adjust to the new reality of COVID-19, Snyder Diamond’s paramount focus continues to be the health and safety of our customers, associates and communities.
At the beginning of Covid-19, Snyder Diamond was identified by The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) as an "Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce" business. This means that the products we sell, are considered critical to maintaining everyday functions of your household. From hard-to-find plumbing parts to ensure your bathroom faucet runs properly, to appliances you need to care for your family at home, Snyder Diamond is here for you.
Our Santa Monica and Pasadena showrooms have remained open throughout the pandemic, along with our Burbank distribution center and delivery teams. We also feel fortunate to have expansion on our horizon, as our new Van Nuys showroom is slated to open late 2020/early 2021. In our showrooms and distribution center, safeguards and related procedural changes follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as other regulatory authorities. We ask everyone to adhere to what we believe to be best practices by maintaining social distancing guidelines, wearing mandatory face coverings, sanitizing hands, regular cleaning of high-touch areas and taking additional precautions as necessary. If you forget your mask, don’t fret, we are happy to provide one for you.
