If you’re one of those people who loves ultra-efficient design, we’ve got just the thing for you: The Galley Collection. And if you like a product that’s made in America, you’re doubly lucky. First created by Tulsa, Oklahoma-based kitchen designer Roger Shollmier for his own home, the design quickly became a favorite of his clients' so in 2011, Shollmier officially launched the company. The streamlined kitchens have garnered so much attention so quickly that a fleet of new designs is now available at our showroom. (Fleet being the operative word—these crafty kitchens feel like something from a luxury yacht.) The true genius of the design is the ease of use; thanks to removable, interchangeable and sliding components, you can prep, cook and serve all from a single spot. And with materials like stainless steel, bamboo and black and white high-density resin, it looks good too. Plus, they’re easy to clean. The customizable options are nearly endless: cutting boards, colanders, bowls, sink dividers, drying racks, ice buckets, condiment containers… you get the idea. Workstations come in six different lengths but can also be custom-manufactured to fit any space. It’s a minimalist kitchen with all the epicurean bells and whistles you could possible imagine.
