Inspiring Recipes in Time for the Holidays

Entertaining season is officially upon us and over the coming weeks, we’ll be bringing you special blog features like a virtual shopping trip with architect Anthony Poon and our Snyder Diamond Holiday Gift Guide, this year filled with myriad luxuries hand-picked by LA’s top interior designers. We’ve got lots of festive inspiration to come! But… have you started thinking about your menus yet? What will you be serving guests this year? We’ve got a little inspiration for you on that front, too.

To really impress friends and family, consider one of the three recipes crated just for our special Miele partnership. Chef Jason Kim (Forage, Small Town) is making pork collar steak with a peach yuzu chutney and burnt scallion yogurt. Chef Kat Turner (Highly Likely Café) is roasting a whole cauliflower with coconut dukkah. And Top Chef winner Chef Mei Lin (Nightshade) is making her favorite pork belly bao—it’s a12+ hour-recipe, so definitely requires planning!
