For Phil Rezvani, founder of Dinali Construction in Beverly Hills, is a one-stop resource for luxury residential design projects. The firm integrates architecture, construction and interior design under one roof and has created some of the most beautiful homes in the L.A. area. They’re a hands-on firm that delivers a turnkey result, but it’s not just single-family homes. They also recently completed the townhomes at 10663 Kinnard Avenue in Westwood. How did you get started in the design business? I started my career studying architecture where I ultimately received my Masters in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University. Upon graduating, I moved to Los Angeles where I began managing a $4-billion construction bond program for the Los Angeles Unified School District. Getting tired of the public school construction, I ventured off to do high-end residential construction, utilizing my design and construction experience. The goal and mission statement of the company is to provide the highest and best quality of construction with cutting-edge design.

How would you describe your firm? I am a design-build firm with a focus on high-end residential construction.

What would you say you’re most known for, and what should new clients know about you? My company is integrity driven. We offer the best turnkey service with a goal of excellence.

What are some of your favorite Southern California sources for inspiration? I tend to get inspired from visiting hotels and restaurants. I also have the tendency to simply try and improve upon what I have done in the past.
