A legacy company producing sophisticated cabinetry, vanities, mirrors and lighting for the bath.
Since its founding in 1968, Robern has been producing some of the coolest bathroom furnishings in the market. From its headquarters in Bristol, Pennsylvania, they produce a wide range of storage solutions—cabinets, vanities, mirrors, lighting, and accessories—that offer really different and innovative features. The cabinets (which are so handsome, many designers have also used them for hallways and foyer spaces) are built using aluminum-frame construction, making them super sturdy and rust proof. But it’s the surfaces that we find so especially exciting. Their two new antiqued-glass finishes, Arcobaleno and Luna, both handmade in Italy, are a stunning addition to the Profiles cabinetry collection. “The matte gold and matte black trends helped inform the stunning colors selected for our new antique mirror options,” says Robern Senior Designer, Linda Yang.
"The interplay of gold and silver in Arcobaleno antique mirror creates an organic display that is as intriguing as it is stylish.”
“A shimmering blend of silver and smoke gives Luna antique mirror dramatic appeal.”
The company ultimately grew out of owners Rosa and Bernie Meyers' interest in creating unique options for clients looking for something beyond the ordinary. They also believed in elevating the everyday—why should routine be mundane when it can be pleasurable? They were pioneers of creating artistic, personalized designs, with a focus on “user-friendly” interaction before it was even a phrase. All of their designs incorporate super-clever features, too: interior electrical outlets, mirror defoggers, safety lock boxes, night lights, mirrored interior doors, and even cold-storage compartments. (Hello, cooling eye de-puffer!)
