Look no further, the all-inclusive new Yoku SH luxury spa experience by Effe leaves no stone unturned. Their latest release offers well-being and heat wrapped up into one perfect unit. The Yoku SH Spa is a warm, welcoming, wellness space that brings together a sauna, Turkish bath (Hammam) and shower to create the ultimate relaxation experience. 

Inspired by and named for an ancient Japanese form of natural medicine known as shinrin-yoku or “Forest bathing” which states that immersing ourselves in nature can have surprising benefits to our health. 

• The heat in a sauna can reach temperatures up to 100°C but the low humidity (20-30%) transforms this into a pleasant embrace that relaxes the muscles and stimulates bodily purification. 
• In contrast to the sauna, humidity in the Hammam reaches 100% while the temperature never exceeds 48°C. The combined action of the steam and the controlled heat assists the blood and lymph circulation system, dissolving toxins and favoring their expulsion. 

Designed by Marco Williams Fagioli, Yoku SH provides an essential, well-proportioned and minimal aesthetic. The large bronze smoked recessed glass wall along the front organically mixed with elements of natural wood creates the essence of the outdoors within a forest setting culminating in an unparalleled luxury spa experience. The wooden Yoku bookcase can continue outside the spa, creating continuity with the living area and a highly unique and personalized space.
