Zerobody includes a self-service touch pad that allows you to control functions such as temperature, session time, lighting effects, start the hydromassage on your lower back, listen to music or meditate along with the NU RELAX app. Developed with a neuroscientific approach, the NU RELAX app includes 6 Mindfulness audio guides to specifically target areas of the brain to focus on aspects such as an innovative Body Scan for Relaxation, Calm, Stability, Vibrancy, Creativity and Lucidity.
