Step-Up Range™ - Popular in French and Italian restaurants, the split level design allows for easy access to sauté pans placed on the elevated rear burners. Pan handles can be directed in the same direction allowing the chef to easily orchestrate multiple entrées and sauces.

Induction Front Burners - The ultimate in high heat and efficiency, induction cooking is ideal for sautéing and pan-frying. An expansive cooking surface is designed to accommodate 16" diameter sauté pans or stock pots.

Innovection™ Convection Oven - The largest oven in its class (5.6 cu ft), features a patented technology that utilizes dual convection motors and louvered side panels to enhance uniform heat distribution, speed-up pre-heat time and reduce baking/searing/roasting time by as much as 25 percent - all while reducing gas consumption by 20 percent.
